sunday evening


hello ,this is a picture of my only grandson,he is the light of my life..he is only five ,he is so funny and he looks just like his daddy..you wonder how the littlest things kids do that there dad or moms did when they were little,but im talking about something my son used to do ,he used to spit in the house,he was only around four,but this last summer my grandson started doing it..my grandson would of never knew his dad did that..you just wonder...enjoy your evening...

Cake recipe compliments of The Gingerbread shed..another fellow blogger!

Recipe.......
Put into large bowl: 2 Cups flour (you don't have to sift)
2 Cups sugar
2 tablespoons of Hersheys unsweetened cocoa (in the brown can in the
baking aisle.
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
In Saucepan put 2 sticks of margarine
1 Cup of water
Bring to a boil and pour into flour mixture.
Add 2 eggs
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Mix completely
Pour into large cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 15 minutes.

Icing
Put into saucepan and bring to a boil
1 stick of margarine
4 tablespoons of cocoa (again, the unsweetened baking cocoa)
Remove from heat and add
1 box of powdered sugar
6 tablespoons of buttermilk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Beat well and spread on warm cake, Enjoy!!!!!
